Collection: Arrieta

Our new collection, ARRIETA, draws inspiration from the still-life paintings of José Agustín Arrieta, a 19th-century artist from Puebla. With this collection, we seek to capture the essence of everyday life in 19th-century Mexican kitchens and reinterpret it in a contemporary context, highlighting the simplicity and functionality of objects that shape daily life.

The first series of this collection, Voces de Humo, features a set of handmade clay pots designed for cooking your favorite meals. Crafted by Santiago de Jesús Patricio Reyes and his family workshop in Hidalgo, these pieces are complemented by a clay tableware set designed to bring warmth and authenticity to your dining table. With clean lines and earthy tones, both the cooking pots and tableware honor the ordinary and the vernacular, emphasizing the cultural significance of domestic objects in contemporary life.
