High in the Oaxacan mountains, is a group of coffee-farming co-operatives who have become not only leaders in the global organic coffee industry, but models of sound environmental initiatives. By extension and purpose, this co-op’s impact results in civic organization and community well-being. We are proud to offer their Frente al Sol, a pluma coffee known for its rich flavor profile.
Our Coffee Set comes with two ceramic cups created by the Jasso workshop. This fourth-generation atelier operates using manual wheels, hand etching, and high-temperature firing for durability. Included in the set are hand-carved, Tzalam wood spoons from Celso, Quintana Roo. This beautiful wood is sustainably harvested, and only small pieces are used at one time to ensure minimum waste.
